Outdoor Re-Education uses original photography and educational material together with selected public-domain, openly licensed, or permission-based resources. Credits are kept separate from primary image layouts so photographs remain clear while creators receive appropriate recognition.

OUTDOOR RE-EDUCATION MATERIALS

Unless a different credit appears with an item, original Outdoor Re-Education text, branding, field photographs, videos, course materials, and graphics are owned by Outdoor Re-Education or used with the permission of Robert Silas. Display on this website does not grant third parties permission to reproduce or redistribute an item.

GOVERNMENT AND OPEN-LICENSE MATERIALS

A government website or public database is not proof that every photograph is public domain. Government-produced works may be public domain, while third-party submissions may retain copyright. Openly licensed material is used only under its stated license and attribution conditions.

REFERENCE DATA

Plant names, geographic records, and research may be informed by government agencies, botanical institutions, universities, GBIF, iNaturalist, Pl@ntNet, and other cited references. Factual information is independently summarized and reviewed. Database and media licenses may differ from those governing individual records or photographs.

For reuse permission, a missing or incorrect credit, or a rights concern, contact outdoorreeducation@gmail.com and identify the page and item involved.

Outdoor Re-Education maintains internal provenance records and continues verifying legacy items before reuse in the Lean-To app, offline packages, marketing, or partner integrations.
